Long time overdue…. we finally made Algalon reconsider his calculations. After just missing out on Tuesday, we got him to 6% before wiping, we Observed Algalon on our third attempt this lockout.
Congratulations to the main tank healer who managed to die!
After some very slow summer weeks with some very relaxed Ulduar runs, we caught up two-three weeks ago with some overdue achievements like Firefighter (25 player). Two lockouts ago we also managed Observed (10 player).
Oh, and I got a pony.
Time to sit back and unwind. Or we have been, which explains the lack of news or updates.
nam has had a summer break and has not been doing any attempts on new hard modes for some weeks. There should be a return to action now and more hard modes will be attempted along with the new Tournament bosses as they become available.
In recruitment news, we are maybe looking for another healer, and a dedicated hunter.
The alt raid also reached Algalon the Observer, and I got to tag along. This is what he looks like:
A fun little fight, but the timer is annoying.
Glory is not only one of the better looking villains in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but also a meta achievement in Ulduar. Our 10 man group finished off this achievement yesterday following the slew of nerfs to Mimiron’s hard mode Firefighter. The fact that they one-shotted the hard mode might suggest the nerfs were a little heavy handed. This opens up the path for us to fight the last boss in the zone, Algalon.
